Being able to teach all subjects in English.
Instruct and lead students in a Christ-centered classroom while providing excellence in education
Model Christ-like character in all activities and actions; facilitate opportunities for spiritual growth in students
Create weekly and long-range lesson plans working creatively with curriculum
Assess students regularly, providing progress reports and documentation
Maintain a positive working relationship with administrators, staff and families
Follow school procedures and practices in administrative and educational matters that are set by the School Director and Board of Trustees
Provide timely communications with administrators, staff and families
Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment for all students
Be an active member of the CCT community by attending some of the schools’ special events, student activities, etc.
Attend posted staff meetings and devotions

Sign and adhere to the CCT Statement of Faith and the Employee Standards of Conduct
Teaching degree from an accredited college or university
Have or willing to obtain ACSI Teacher Certificate
Possess a passion to educate and inspire students
Able to plan and instruct with a Christ-centered attitude implementing biblical worldview
Knowledge of standards and current in educational practices
Experience utilizing data to tailor student instruction
